Founded by German Lepe in 2022, our story begins long before the first cut of beef was ever sold. As a young boy growing up in Mexico, German’s job was to herd cattle and guide them down from the sierra. It was there, under open skies and surrounded by livestock, that he developed a deep respect for the land and a lifelong love for animals.
Life eventually brought him north, where he built a 35-year career as a cement mason. Though he worked tirelessly in his trade, his passion for cattle never faded. What started with the simple decision to buy one cow quickly turned into two… then a few more… and before long, his herd had grown.
Today, that childhood passion has come full circle. Built on hard work, tradition, and respect for the animal, our ranch is a reflection of German’s roots and dedication. We take pride in raising quality beef the right way — with care, integrity, and a commitment to bringing exceptional products from our ranch to your table.
